●Does my shop save automatically?
Yes! Your progress saves on its own as you play and whenever you leave the app. You can also tap Menu → Save now to keep a manual save anytime.

●I bought diamonds — how do I restore them?
Purchases are tied to your Apple ID. If something didn't come through, email us the date and a screenshot and we'll sort it out right away.

●How do I start over?
From the title screen you can tap the × on a save slot to clear it and begin a fresh laundromat.

●A guest or machine is acting funny.
Sorry about that! Send us a quick note with what happened and your device model — it really helps us fix things fast.
Privacy, simply
Your laundromat is yours.
Your game progress is saved on your own device — there are no accounts to sign up for, and we never collect your name or contact info. The game offers optional rewarded ads: if you choose to watch one for a bonus, our ad partner (Google AdMob) may use your device's advertising identifier to show relevant ads. You're always in control — ads only ever play when you tap to watch one. In-app purchases are handled entirely by Apple, so we never see your payment details.
Purchases are managed by Apple (Apple Privacy Policy) and ads by Google (Google Privacy Policy). Questions about your data? Just email us.
